Salt Aged Porter House

60-day Salted Aged, magnificent, tender, bone in 13oz Sirloin Steak taken from the loin of the beef. It has a section of rib bone present and a layer of soft beef fat which will render down during cooking, giving incredible beefiness & succulence.


Salt Aged Rib- Eye

60-day Salted Aged 10oz Rib- Eye Steak taken from the fore rib of beef positioned on the shoulder. It consists of a high level of creamy fat and marbling which deliver the ultimatum amount of flavour and tenderness.


8oz Fillet of Beef

Premium Range 8oz centre cut Fillet Steak, very tender & lean with almost no fat running through it. Comes from the lower middle of the back and forms part of the sirloin. It is the meat’s texture that is most prized.


10oz Rib- Eye

Premium Range 10oz Rib Eye Steak taken from the fore rib of beef positioned on the shoulder. It has rich centre, tender & juicy, with generous marbling throughout with its distinctive melt-in-the-mouth flavour.


8oz Sirloin

Premium Range 8oz Sirloin Steak is a butter-tender piece of beef with a small rim of fat that serves as the flavour carrier. Although they taste delicious. Comes from the back of beef beef between fore-rib and the rump.
